1) Will your chainguide fit my (brand X here) bike?
There is an excellent chance it will! Our chain retention systems have been designed to be compatible with more frame designs than any other brand on the market. We spend a lot of time fitting guides to different bikes and have developed a Compatibility Chart to help answer your question. We also provide bicycle specific instructions for some frames. Please refer to the
Tech Support page for further information.
2) Can you send me some stickers for my bike, car, helmet, dog's back, file cabinet etc....
We sure can! Send us $2 USD to cover shipping costs and a self-addressed envelope and off it goes. Send your request to our
address. We are unable to fill Email requests for stickers.
3) Will you sponsor me and/or my team?
Our sponsorship proposal acceptance period is between September 15 and November 30th of each year. We only connect with our potential riders, grassroots or otherwise, through
www.Sponsorhouse.com, so please register to be considered for the program. We will check all results to confirm, so don't bother making up false results.
4) We are hosting an event, will e.thirteen sponsor it?
It's possible! Give us a call directly to discuss how we can work together to promote riding and having fun! The further ahead the event is planned the better off we all are.
5) Our frame design requires a new chainguide design. Can e.thirteen design and integrate a new top-level chainguide for my bike?
Yes we can. We currently handle custom chainguide designs, all fabrication, and kitting for several top level OEM manufacturers. We will work to find the most cost effective solution for your unique chainguide needs. We are dedicated to giving your project the personal attention that it deserves.

7) Does e.thirteen have a distributor or shop in my Country, State, City?
Please take a look at our
Dealers list. You will find a complete listing of all e.thirteen distributors and stocking dealers. If you have a problem finding e.thirteen products locally, contact us directly. Generally we can find a dealer close to you within a 48 hour period.
8) Can I convert my SRS guide to a DRS guide, or DRS guide to an SRS guide?
The SRS and DRS chainguides are highly evolved designs that are specific to single or dual chainring setups. Guide parts are not interchangeable between the two systems, but they do use the same bashguards. Please refer to the
Product Interchangeability page for further information.
9) Are the new 2006 chainguide parts interchangeable with the older chainguide design?
Unfortunately, they are not. The newly designed single ring chain retention systems utilize smaller hardware and therefore will not work well with the older model backplates. It is a change that allows for a sleeker, lighter weight guide. Please refer to our
Product Interchangeability page for further details.
10) Can I get a black supercharger bashguard in a chainguide kit instead of a clear supercharger bashguard?
All of our chainguide kits are sold with the clear bashguard only. Black bashguards are available as a Supercharger kit only.
11) Do the e13 chainwheels work with a full SRS/STS guide or just with a bashguard for SS use?
The new Crown Chainwheels work perfect with an SRS guide. They are actually designed to space out a bashguard perfect for an e.thirteen SRS/STS, mrp, mr. dirt, or blackspire chainguide.
