How did you get started in riding mountain bikes?
I first started riding for transportation to get around. One of my friends from ski racing raced his mountain bike in the summer and I went to a race with him and ended up winning my class. From that moment on I was hooked. I raced cross country for three or four years until I found out about downhill. After participating in my first downhill race I lost all interest in racing XC and the rest is history.
