e*thirteen announces the FREECHUCKER
This
one is dedicated to all you Freechuckers out there. You
know who you are...
The
Freechucker is a new type of chain retention system inspired by every
day riders who ride hard and ride frequently in muddy and low
maintenance conditions. With no moving parts, dual bash protection,
and an open mud-shedding design its truly a set-it-and-forget-it
retention system. Plus,
it works better than a locked out front derailleur.
Once
again e*thirteen has pushed the limits of new technologies. Through
advancing the same stamped steel manufacturing process used for the
recently released SS+ and LS1+ e*thirteen has produced the most
technologically advanced price conscience freeride chain retention
system in the world. Just
say Chuck It!

e*thirteen is proud to announce the fourth edition of the Limited Colorways--the first featuring the new Plus series systems!
Limited Colorways product was first introduced in 2006 and has been an on running program dedicated to helping riders pimp out their most treasured possessions--their bicycles.
The newest Limited Colorways color is called "Red Rocket" and will be released worldwide through the e*thirteen distribution channels on December 1, 2009. e*thirteen East Coast Chronicles

This past summer Sicklines.com visited our office to meet the e*thirteen crew.
We hung out, rode our bikes, enjoyed some brews, allowing Sicklines to really
get to know the people of e*thirteen.
Michael Tobler had this to say about e*thirteen East Coast Chronicles; "We're excited to
have the opportunity to let people know who we are. There has always been a
general misconception that e*thirteen components is a large company. Quite the
contrary, as e*thirteen is a small group of dedicated guys who love making some
of the best products in the world - and then riding them! Our products have
always been shaped in part by the demanding terrain and conditions found here on
the East Coast of the USA, and those products have in turn helped to shape the
sport of downhilling in ways that we never imagined. This story gives riders
some insight into what it's like to be a small company building products in the
USA, and the riding and terrain that helped to shape
e*thirteen."

Taken from the Yeti DISPATCH today, e*thirteen is proud to announce that LG1+ equipped rider Jared Graves is the 2009 4x World Champion!

After years of garnering a reputation as the man to beat, Yeti-Fox rider Jared Graves takes home the rainbow stripes in four-cross and is crowned World Champion. This is sweet redemption for Jared as just one year ago, while leading the final at the 2008 World Champs, he was taken out from behind. Earlier this year, Jared wrapped up the World Cup overall title in 4X at Mt. Sainte Anne and secured double champion status in 2009. Congratulations Jared! Graves is also competing in the Elite Mens' downhill on Sunday.

Scott11 team, aboard LG1+ and GuideRings, victorious at the Swiss Championship
The historic city of Chur, along with its
breathtaking views of the Alps, hosted the 2009 Swiss Championship.
The long track and rain made for a challenging race preparation on
Friday, yet on Saturday the sun was bright and made for a fantastic
race day. Team Manager Claudio Caluori, a former Swiss Champion
himself, sent the good news that Nick Beer won his third consecutive
Swiss Championship! Also, Teammate Emilie Siegenthaler won the
women's title. Their young gun Robin Hagen won his second
consecutive silver medal in the Junior category. What a great way to
spend their 'down time' between World Cup stops!
