We developed this product after receiving requests from owners of Intense M1 and Tazer frames. The integrated chainguide mount tabs on M1 frames from 2001-2003 do not follow the original ISCG guidelines that govern chainguide position and locations. The tabs on the stock frames are generally rotated about 35 degrees too far counter-clockwise and forces riders to mount any brand of chainguide incorrectly on the frames and can negatively affect performance. Our M1 ISCG mount plate keys to the out of place mounts, and allows the owner to correctly mount almost any ISCG compatible chainguide to M1 and Tazer frames.
